Brazil is a huge country with an exciting variety of cultures and problems. We are more familiar with Brazil as the land of Mardi Gras and fabulous beaches. Global Perspective offers the opportunity for participants to learn and experience more of this diverse country. Our partners in Brazil include Dialogo in Salvador and ACM in Sao Paulo.

Both organizations provide excellent opportunities for grass roots interaction and community development. This programme is an exciting combination of language, culture, community assistance and environmental work. Costa Rica is a country that has tackled the issues of health, education and quality of life. Nicaragua is an emerging country that has yet to solve the problems of putting a country back together after years of civil unrest. Both countries offer participants an opportunity to learn and use Spanish and experience the culture and people of Central America. Costa Rica, however, is still a developing country and students who join Global Perspective will have the opportunity to participate in community development.
